On March 13, 2007, the U.S. Patent Office granted patent # 7,191,210 -- “Computer implemented system and method for registering websites and for displaying registration indicia in a search results list,” a game changing patent now known as RightDot.   

For the first time, RightDot allows Internet users to distinguish between official and non-official Web sites through a visual, audio or embedded identification on Internet search page site descriptions.  Business and individual Web sites are qualified as “official” after proceeding through a registration process.
